ATBC is a Registered Building Control Approver established in 2008 by the Company Director Adrian Thomas.​
​
We combine the professionalism and technical expertise of a national provider with the personal service and integrity of a family-run business. With over 30 years of experience in construction and compliance, our clients benefit from approachable, expert guidance and a responsive building control service to ensure every project meets building regulations efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

​Adrian has vast previous experience in both public and private sectors, working in Local Authority and for several corporate companies.​ He is a Class 2 and Class 4 Registered Building Inspector, authorised to assess building types A-F, with additional responsibilities for the technical management of teams and processes.​

Ella is a Class 1 Trainee Building Inspector, who is new to the industry and currently undergoing training, performing technical matters under supervision. Her role at ATBC is to provide administration and technical support.​

Frances is the Company Secretary and is responsible for financial control of the business.
